YOGA & THERAPIES
On this weekend, we practice yoga in a beautiful spacious conservatory, overlooking traditional English countryside and beyond, with tranquil views to the neighbouring village.
Early morning yoga is with a short meditation and breath exercise to help us to ground, prior to beginning more of an energetic style of practice, to stimulate and wake the body. Evening Yoga is particularly more restful and luxurious, working into our bodies on a much deeper level, including plenty of individual attention with hands-on adjustments and massage –a super treat from us to you!
Afternoons are often spent with a few special workshops; each carefully curated toward supporting our body and mind to function at its best:
- Nutritional snack/beverage how to & tasting workshops
- Self-skin brushing/massage
- Sauna and cold plunge bath (to be confirmed)
- Soundbath immersion with special guest teacher
- Yoga Nidra (Yoga Sleep Meditation) with aromatherapy
- Guided walks into the neighbouring nature and Norfollk broads
- Jali Neti workshop (traditional Yogic nasal cleansing)
- Ceremonial Fire Pit Meditation
Note that we have over 15 scheduled activities during the weekend! Just remember that this is YOUR WEEKEND; you can join in as much, or as little as you wish, letting your body call upon what it needs –no one will bat an eyelid if you prefer to snooze, or read your book a little longer at any moment.
Those that can extend their day beyond checkout, we plan to meet at the nearest beach for some sea air before heading back toward London.
